Still too early to know but it looks like John could be a real danger to PDB. Pablo has been wonderful assisting in the preparation and Joe on the latest internet data. Mindy is here riding it out next door and I am in the studio with my pets doing the same. The only other homeowner here seems to be Tom Grogg. Will keep you informed...

Huricane Warning "John"

After looking at the Mexico satelite weather and comparing it's size to the storm Ernesto which is approaching Florida, it's definately a storm to be watching out for!!
CNBC reports:
It just got a name "John" and is threatening Acapulco at this time.
